There are two different White horses, the one in Revelation 6 is false and Revelation 19 is the Lord Jesus Himself. Under the first seal judgment of Revelation 6 the first horseman of the apocalypse is the false world leader, the Roman beast with the number 666. Here in Revelation 19 the rider is the Lord Himself, the Faithful and True Word of God .

Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.
The red horse - speaks of the confrontational nature of God's red-horse riders, who are willing to act as "contrarian salmon" who defy the long-standing traditions and paradigms of man. Red-horse riders expose the foundational falsehoods in the teachings of man, enabling believers to step away from under them. God's red horse fosters "repentance"
"spiritual pestilence", a red-horse rider through whom God will destroy the spirit of Cain inside the Church and its heart full of the pride of life. Red -horse will be used through whom God will punish His Church.

Anyone who rejects God's judgments will go spiritually insane, and it requires spiritual insanity to believe in a schizophrenic " God" who is pathetically graceless in the "Old Testament" and over-compensatingly graceful in the "New Testament".

Revelation 6:8
So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth.
"Sheol" is a prison full of torment, darkness, and emptiness. Therefore, we can conclude that Sheol is a prison full of Hittite spirits of emptiness; Sheol is "full of emptiness".
Revelation 6:7 declares that the name of the rider of the green horse is "Death" and that Sheol will follow. To truly understand the meaning of this, we have to understand how "death" and "Sheol" are spiritually related:
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" (Romans 5:12)
Notice that the verse above says that sin entered by "one man". Even though both Adam and Eve fell in the garden of Eden, Scripture assigns a primary responsibility to Adam over Eve. Why? Because Eve was deceived into eating of the fruit (1 Timothy 2:14), while Adam deliberately and knowingly ate. The sin that Adam committed, according to Genesis 3:17, was that of obeying his wife. As we have said before, "woman" in Scripture is a figure of the soul, while "man" is a figure of the spirit. This means that, when Adam submitted to Eve's command, man's spirit became submissive to his soul. This matriarchy of the soul, in essence, is the "sin" that the book of Romans constantly refers to.
Those who were sent to the despair by the pastoral matriarchy will be revenged by God and spiritual leaders of the matriarchy will be cast into the despair of the "outer darkness" (Matthew 22:13). A "spiritual switch" will be made.
This will not be done in the strength of the flesh but in the anointing of the Spirit of God.
